Andrew Form is an American film producer who began working in the film industry as a production assistant for producer Jerry Bruckheimer.
In 2001, he founded the production company Platinum Dunes with filmmakers Michael Bay and Brad Fuller. Some of his popular work includes, IF, The Forever Purge, A Quiet Place Part II, Slender Man, The First Purge, A Quiet Place, Ouija: Origin of Evil, The Purge: Election Year, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.
Form and Fuller started Fully Formed Entertainment together, in 2018. In 2019, the company signed a three-year deal with Paramount Pictures beginning. He produces A Quiet Place: Day One, in which Krasinski writes, directs and stars.
